PLAYOFF SCHEDULE ANNOUNCED
Feb 19th,
2010 -
The
Thunder will face Miami in the first round of the
playoffs. The game is in Kissimmee at
Austin Tindall Park at 1:00pm Feb. 27th. The
semifinals will be played at 3:00pm on Feb. 27th.
The championship game will be played on Sunday Feb. 28th
at noon.

MCGOUGH PASSED WAY THIS AFTERNOON

It is sad to report
that our great friend Tom McGough passed away this afternoon.
Tom was diagnosed with cancer last month and
unfortunately the cancer was already stage 4. Our
prayers go out to his wife Victoria and his entire
family.
Tom has been a great friend to all of us of
over the years and he will be missed around the lacrosse
field as he was a regular fixture for local area
lacrosse since 1974. While he is gone he will not
be forgotten. Many great stories will be shared
for many years about our great friend Magoo.
FT MYERS GAME POSTPONED TO JANUARY 23RD, SAME TIME/PLACE

The Ft Myers game for Jan. 9th has been postponed to
January 23rd at 1pm in Ft Myers.

The game this Saturday vs. Hogtowne will be played at
Anderson Elementary School (3910 West Fair Oaks Ave.,
Tampa)

- The next Thunder game is
Thursday December 3rd at 9pm at Puryear Park in St Pete
vs. The University of Tampa. Faceoff is at 9pm
sharp. We are also considering participating in
the Eckerd College Boca Brawl the weekend of Dec. 5th.

Sunday at 1pm in Tampa (Anderson Elementary School, 3910

- The Ft Meyers game on
11/8/2009 will be played in St Pete at the 31st St
Sports Complex (North Field) at 1:00pm. Please
arrive at 10:30am to help set up the field. Practice
this Thursday will be same time same place.

the 29th. The next practice will be next Thursday
night Nov. 5th, then the game vs Ft Meyers Sunday the
8th at home at 1:00pm
